To Your Health
Sometime this week or next a group of Congresspeople will meet in a closed door session to discuss and hopefully propose a plan to provide health care to those who do not have insurance. What are your thoughts about what the feds should do, if anything, to provide medical treatment and keep Americans healthy? Does it make sense to mandate procedural changes that would save money, like a billing form that everyone must use or electronic medical records, instead of an expanded bureaucracy? Maybe prohibiting those TV and print commercials about drugs would reduce costs. Maybe we should blow up the current system and start over. Let me know what you think.
