The City just recently released an income tax feasibility study conducted by Plante & Moran. If this measure appears on the November ballot, it’ll be at City Council’s direction.

Sometime this week or next a group of Congresspeople will meet in a closed door session to discuss and hopefully propose a plan to provide health care to those who do not have insurance. What are your thoughts about what the feds should do, if anything, to provide medical treatment and keep Americans healthy?

In 2009, the Chamber is 90 years old, Metzger’s wonderful German Restaurant is 80 years old, and Conlin Travel is 50 years old. All three anniversaries are possible because each organization morphed, changed, evolved in ways inconceivable to their founders.
